ICGC Transformation Temple
About us
ICGC Transformation Temple, formerly known as Love Assembly, was established in the year 2000 when Rev. Ernest Obeng-Manful was commissioned to start a church in Kasoa. Although there were other ICGC assemblies along the road leading to Kasoa, Transformation Temple became the first ICGC church to be planted in mainland Kasoa — at a time when development in the area extended only a few metres beyond the old market. The church’s first congregational service, a prayer meeting to lay a spiritual foundation, was held on Sunday, October 15, 2000. Since that day, the church has never looked back, moving forward in strength, grace, favour, and number despite many challenges along the way.
Over the years, by the mercies of God, the church has continued to grow from strength to strength — numerically, spiritually, and in impact. Out of this seed planted twenty-five years ago, several other ICGC assemblies have been birthed. To the glory of God, Kasoa has now become a full-fledged district within ICGC’s administrative structure. The foundation of intense prayer and sound teaching of God’s Word has been the bedrock of this growth — with countless testimonies to confirm God’s faithfulness.

Our Philosophy
We believe Christianity is not a myth. God’s word preached must bring truths that can produce results when applied to one’s life.
Every human being is created in the image and likeness of God and must be treated with respect and honour. Also, everything the Christian or the human being will do must be in excellent shape to the glory of God. (Daniel 5:12)

STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, and in His bodily resurrection. We believe the Bible to be the inspired and infallible Word of God. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as a subsequent gift to salvation. We believe in the provision of bodily healing in the atoning work of Jesus our Saviour. We believe in the return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the resurrection of the saved and the lost; the saved unto eternal life, living eternally in the presence of God, and the unsaved unto eternal damnation.
